About Us

K.S. Accounting is a boutique accounting firm in Hakuba/Nagano, Japan with an especially high focus on international taxation. Hakuba stands out as one of Japan’s top winter resort areas, offering some of the best winter sports activities in Japan. At the same time, many foreigners are looking to Hakuba for investment or lifestyle opportunities. With connection of the local community, we deliver exceptional client services and sound, strategic solutions.

We understand that many of our clients are not trained in accounting and tax matters in Japan. We write our communications in plain English so that it’s easy to understand and absorbed in a short amount of time.

We try to stay lean so that we can focus intensely on customer’s needs. This also allows us to provide our services in a very cost effective way. Also, we utilize the latest accounting system to help you organize your business more efficiently. All services can be conducted online, so it’s not just for Hakuba locals but also for people living abroad or in other areas.
